Welcome to Shorty’s Deli!

We proudly serve fresh delicious sliced meats and cheeses by the pound, and our famous overstuffed sandwiches. Including our signature, made in house rotisserie Turkey, and Roast beef. Wonderful Chili and soups made on site will pair nicely with your overstuffed sandwiches. Shorty’s will also offer daily, fresh made, hot specials. Such as Lasagna Mac N Cheese, and Riggies (Vegitarian, chicken or sausage available), just to name a few.
Shorty’s Deli is owned and operated by Camden residents, Greg and Rachael Short (hence the name Shorty’s Deli).
Since
2019
Greg and Rachael have three children, Kyle 25, Selena 21, and Devin 18. Greg is a transplant to Camden from Dewitt NY. Greg is bringing his vast love and knowledge of the food industry to Shorty’s Deli. “ Since I was old enough to remember the question. What do you want to do when you grow up? I have always wanted to own my own restaurant” Greg has been a cook, bartender, waiter, manager, and district manager in various style foodservice establishments for over 30 years. Such as Delmonico’s Italian Steak house, Cazenovia Country club, and Nice N Easy Grocery Shoppes. Rachael (Holland) Short has lived in the Camden area her entire life. Rachael has worked in various foodservice establishments including: Cinderellas, and Nice N Easy Grocery Shoppes and brings over 20 years of foodservice experience to Shorty's Deli.
Greg and Rachael along with their amazing staff, plan on delighting all guests with amazing customer service and delicious food.
